Goals
Depozitarul Central SA is a wholly private company, authorized as a central securities depository by the Financial Supervisory Authority as the competent authority, the National Bank of Romania and the European Central Bank as relevant authorities, in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 909/2014, through Authorization no. 176/19.12.2019. Depozitarul Central is a fundamental institution of the Romanian capital market, a member of the Bucharest Stock Exchange group, which provides initial registration services for financial instruments - notary service, opening and administration services for financial instrument accounts at the highest level - centralized administration service, settlement system management services, as well as related operations.
