Goals
Expertise France is the public agency for the design and implementation of international technical cooperation projects. Our mission is to support, advise, and train national and local authorities in implementing public policies adapted to the needs of populations. Our action involves a transfer of skills and a dialogue between peers in all sectors and geographies of development cooperation. The agency responds to the expertise needs of partner countries in the main areas of public action: democratic and financial governance, security, sustainable development, and human development. Through its actions on the ground, the agency contributes to the solidarity and influence objectives of French and European development policy.
