Approche évolutive de la prévention des maladies mentales et de l'automutilation en ligne

SAMPO represents a decisive step beyond the current state of the art in youth mental health. Whereas existing interventions remain fragmented, disorder-specific, and poorly embedded in everyday life, SAMPO delivers the first European-scale, tiered, person-centred digital programme that integrates three key innovations: the PRO e-screening tool for sensitive and scalable early detection; the PECAN person-centred algorithm, which applies network science for evidence-based personalisation; and the risk and resilience e-toolboxes, a modular suite of transdiagnostic interventions for both universal mental health promotion and selective prevention of self-harm. By embedding these components in a tiered, digital and cross-cultural platform, SAMPO establishes a new benchmark for preventive mental health in education, training, and workplace contexts across Europe. The project is scientifically ambitious, conducting the first large-scale randomised trial to directly compare personalisation strategies (algorithmic, self-choice, random allocation). It will generate robust evidence on effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, equity, and transferability, and translate findings into policy roadmaps, sustainability and implementation strategies. Through its interdisciplinary, intersectoral, and co-created approach, SAMPO combines ground-breaking research with actionable solutions, delivering exceptional European added value and long-term impact on health, education, and social inclusion
