Goals
Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) is the central institution of Romania’s capital market and the main provider of infrastructure for financing the real economy through capital market mechanisms. BVB operates markets for a diversified range of financial instruments, including equities, government securities, corporate and municipal bonds, ETFs, and other products, offering efficient access to financing and investment opportunities. The development of the Romanian capital market is also reflected in the growth of market capitalization and in BVB’s total return performance over time, underscoring its increasing depth, resilience, and relevance for investors. BVB operates the following markets: the Regulated Market, a Multilateral Trading System (AeRO market) and is in the final stages of developing a dedicated SME Growth Market, separate from AeRO, designed to support high‑potential companies throughout different phases of their development.
