The Federation of European Motorcyclists' Associations (FEMA) is the European federation of national road rider organisations. FEMA represents, defends and promotes motorcycling and the interests of millions of powered two-wheeler users across Europe. Through its 20 national organisations from 16 countries, FEMA reaches directly 266,000 dedicated motorcyclists representing all social groups.

FEMA regularly publishes information and engages in campaigns related to these topics. They also give presentations, co-organized events like "Road Infrastructure Safety - The Motorcyclists' Vision," and were part of the organization of the ITF/OECD Motorcycle Workshop. In 2023, they published two reports on safe infrastructure and road surface friction from a motorcyclist's perspective.
