Apify Technologies s.r.o. is a Czech technology company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Prague. We develop and operate the Apify platform: cloud infrastructure and an open marketplace of ready-to-run software tools, called Actors, that automate work on the web - web data extraction, monitoring, lead generation, competitor tracking, and integration with business applications and AI agents. Our goal is to make the web programmable: to give developers, businesses, and AI systems reliable access to publicly available information on the web through standard, well-documented tooling. Apify provides technical infrastructure and tooling; our users decide what data they collect and for what purpose. A second part of our remit is our creator community. Apify Store is open to independent developers worldwide, who publish and monetize their own tools while Apify handles infrastructure, billing, and distribution.
